Update your details and contacts
Signing in, two-step verification, sessions and your details.
Profile holds your name, company, billing address and phone number. These appear on your invoices, so keep them current.
- Names, company and address fields cannot contain the characters < or >.
- To change the email address you sign in with, open a ticket so we can check it is really you.
Contacts
Add contacts for colleagues who should receive invoices, service or domain emails. Each contact chooses which kinds of email they get.
VAT number (businesses)
If you buy for a business, add your VAT number in Profile. For EU businesses we check it on the EU VIES service and show the result next to the field.
