Plugins and themes stay yours: install and update them from WordPress admin as usual.

Is my WordPress site isolated from other customers?
Yes. Each site runs in its own container with its own database, so one site cannot reach another site’s files or database.
Who keeps WordPress up to date?
We update WordPress core for you. You install and update plugins and themes from WordPress admin.
How do backups work?
Every site is backed up each night, files and database, and each backup is kept for 7 days. To restore one, open a ticket and tell us the date.
Is it suitable for WooCommerce?
Yes. WordPress Pro is optimised for WooCommerce shops, and every plan includes a free SSL certificate.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Open the service in your client area and choose Change plan. You pay the difference for the rest of your current billing period.
Do the prices include VAT?
SCB Network Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added: the price shown is the price you pay. Businesses in the EU can order with a valid VAT number.
