Questions and answers
Do I get root access?
Yes. Every VPS comes with full root access.
Who manages the server?
You manage the operating system, software, firewall rules and reboots. We look after the hardware, network and virtualisation platform underneath, as set out in our Service Level Agreement.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Open the service in your client area and choose Change plan. You pay the difference for the rest of your current billing period.
Do the prices include VAT?
SCB Network Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added: the price shown is the price you pay. Businesses in the EU can order with a valid VAT number.
