Who is SCB Network?
SCB Network Ltd is a UK hosting and cloud company, registered in England and Wales (company no. 16060725). It sells web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, VPS servers, SSL certificates and domain names, running on infrastructure software it writes itself.
Where is SCB Network based?
In the United Kingdom. The registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
What is ScalWS?
ScalWS (Scale Web Server) is the web server SCB Network writes and runs: static files, reverse proxy, TLS and caching in one process, with zero-downtime reloads. Website: https://scalws.com
What is ScalPanel?
ScalPanel (Scale Panel) is SCB Network's hosting control panel for domains, email, databases, SSL and backups, built for customers, resellers and administrators. Reseller plans include it white-label. Website: https://scalpanel.scalws.com
What is ScalGuard?
ScalGuard is SCB Network's server security software: firewall rules, brute-force protection, malware scanning and file integrity monitoring. Website: https://guard.scalws.com
Do prices include VAT?
SCB Network Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to its prices. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
How do I pay?
By card on our own payment page (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers), or by bank transfer where the invoice offers it. You can also pay with account credit.
Can customers outside the UK order?
Yes. Businesses in the EU can order with a valid VAT number; we cannot yet sell to private customers in the EU. Customers elsewhere can order as usual.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the service page in your client area: at the end of the paid period or straight away. Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel a new service. Domain registrations and issued SSL certificates cannot be refunded; see the Refund Policy for the details.
Do you register and transfer domain names?
Yes. Search for a name on https://scb.network/#domains, register it, or transfer a domain from another registrar with its transfer code.
