Paying an invoice

Invoices, paying, credit, plan changes, cancelling and refunds.

Open Invoices and choose the invoice. The pay panel shows the amount due and the ways you can pay that invoice.

• Card, where the invoice offers it: pay securely with your card. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Account credit: if you have credit, you can use it on the invoice first and pay the rest by card.
• Several unpaid invoices: Check unpaid invoices lets you pay them together in one payment.

Each invoice has a payment reference. Use it if you pay any other way the invoice offers, so we can match your payment.

You can download any invoice as a PDF, and a receipt once it is paid.

VAT

SCB Network Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. EU businesses can order with a valid VAT number; we cannot yet sell to consumers in the EU.
