Cancel a service
Invoices, paying, credit, plan changes, cancelling and refunds.
Open the service under Services and choose Cancel service.
- At the end of the paid period: the service keeps running until the date you have paid for, then stops. You will not be invoiced again.
- Now: the service stops as soon as we process the request.
Changed your mind before the end of the period? Choose Keep service on the same page.
Cancelling stops renewals; it does not by itself refund money you have already paid. Domains are managed separately under Domains, where you can turn Auto-renew off.
