Welcome to SCB Network: your first steps
Your account, your first order and where to find things.
Everything you do with us happens in your client area at scb.network/account. This guide walks through the first few minutes.
Create your account
Choose Create account on the sign-in page. We ask for your name, email address, a password and your billing address, because every invoice needs one. You can add a phone number later; it is only needed when you register a domain.
Place your first order
- Open Order and choose a plan, or search for a domain.
- Pick a billing period. Longer periods cost less per month.
- Check your cart. The total shown is what you pay today.
- At checkout, confirm that you want the service to start straight away.
Where things live
- Services: your hosting, WordPress sites and servers.
- Domains: your domain names, nameservers and DNS.
- Invoices: what you owe and what you have paid.
- Tickets: talk to an engineer.
- Security: two-step verification and the devices signed in to your account.
