We back up every WordPress site each night: your files (themes, plugins and uploads), your settings and your database. We keep each backup for 7 days.
Restoring a backup
Open a ticket, choose the site and tell us the date you want to go back to. Restoring puts back the files and the database from that backup; anything changed since then is replaced. Your site stops for a few moments while the files go back.
Before a big change
Planning a theme change or a large plugin update? Ask us in a ticket to take an extra backup first, or use a WordPress backup plugin to keep your own copy.
Need a backup older than 7 days or a single file from a backup? Open a ticket and we will check what we can recover.
